Kristine’s speaking engagements are built upon two simple ideas—1) that we must connect with our primal memories of living closer to nature, as it is imperative to the future of life on Earth; and 2) it is essential to create meaning in our lives for our collective health, economic and spiritual well-being. Kristine explores challenging topics with a refreshing perspective. She is a thought-leader in philanthropy, storytelling, creativity, and leaves her listeners feeling transformed into agents of change.
As a former reporter, Kristine is a skilled listener and interviewer; she is an effective panelist or moderator. In her nonprofit executive role she is also highly trained, having undergone media and spokesperson training at Yosemite Conservancy, The Nature Conservancy and Conservation International. Kristine gives presentations to her Board of Directors, senior managers and her team of 33 staff members on an ongoing basis. She uses humor, personal stories and her passion for plants, animals and nature to secure the confidence and trust of her audiences.
